Former President expressed his joyfulness to the work towards the 7^th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2019 and practical celebration of the 44^th anniversary of Buon Ma Thuot Victory, Dak Lak liberation (March 10, 1975 - 2019); a new and unique highlight at this year's festival attracting domestic and foreign tourists, promoting reading culture, coffee culture and traditional culture of brother ethnics in the Central Highlands.
