This letter outlines the initiative to change profile frames in support of the 50th anniversary of the Buon Ma Thuot Victory (March 10, 1975 - March 10, 2025) and the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025.

To effectively promote the commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Buon Ma Thuot Victory and the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025, the leadership of the Office of the People’s Committee encourages all officials and employees to update their profile frames on personal social media accounts. Additionally, they are urged to implement any relevant actions as specified in Official Letter No. 2488-CV/BTGTU from the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda Department.
