On the morning of January 7^th, Dak Lak provincial People's Committee held a meeting to reward a certificate of merit to Miss H'Hen Nie for her Top 5 placement at Miss Universe beauty pageant - Miss Universe 2018. Attending the meeting, there were Mrs. H'Yim KDoh - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC), representatives of Departments, branches, and People's Committee of Cu M'gar district.

The Miss Universe took place from December 3^rd  to December 17^th, 2018 in Thailand. Vietnamese representative - Miss Universe Vietnam H'Hen Nie (permanent resident in Cu Sue commune, Cu M’gar district, Dak Lak province) has excellently achieved a Top 5 finish in Miss Universe 2018. This is the highest achievement by a Vietnamese representative at the world’s prestigious beauty pageant.

         Miss H’Hen Nie has demonstrated the spirit and beauty of Vietnamese women with friends around the world, thereby contributing to promoting the image of the country in general and Dak Lak province in particular.

        Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of the PPC H'Yim Kdoh highly appreciated her spirit of overcoming difficulties and congratulated Miss H’Hen Nie on winning a place in the Top 5 of Miss Universe 2018. The Vice Chairwoman hoped that in the coming time, Miss H'Hen Nie will have many meaningful charitable activities in the province, especially well performing her role as the social Media Ambassador at the 7^th Buon Ma Coffee Festival, 2019, contributing to the overall success of the Festival.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee rewarded the Certificate of Merit attached with VND 50 million to Miss H'Hen Nie for her outstanding achievement, contributing to promote the image and socio-economic development of the province.
