Mr. Trinh Duc Minh emphasized that Dak Lak Province is committed to transforming Buon Ma Thuot into the coffee capital of the world. Alongside affirming the scale of area and production, significant attention must also be given to the quality and flavor of coffee post-processing.
Building on the success of the inaugural competition, the association is implementing further innovations in this event, offering roasters the opportunity to showcase their talents. The aim is to produce high-quality processed coffee products that highlight new values in the roasting process.
“This year’s competition will be more expansive and community-oriented. Additionally, coffee tastings will be evaluated using a new scoring system aligned with SCA and CQI standards. We will also invite esteemed international experts to conduct in-depth assessments of coffee quality, attracting coffee enthusiasts to our coffee capital,” Mr. Trinh Duc Minh stated.
